At GP2U, we understand that accessing care can be challenging for those living in regional and rural Australia. That’s why we’ve partnered with HCF to make managing your health more convenient and affordable, no matter where you are.
Eligible HCF members* can access a free annual 15-minute telehealth GP consult. This is a special offer and available exclusively to members with HCF hospital and/or extras cover, who live in a MM2-MM7 classified postcode.
We offer GP appointments 7 days a week, from 7 AM until 10 PM AEDT. Our admin team is available to assist with bookings and answer any questions from 8:30 AM to 6 PM AEDT, Monday to Friday.
To book an appointment, register your details below and enter your residential postcode as it appears under your HCF policy. Once registered, log in to the system to access and book your GP consultation.

*Eligibility: Available to eligible members with HCF hospital and/or extras cover, who live in a non-metropolitan MM2-MM7 classified postcode. Excludes Accident Only, Ambulance Only and Overseas Visitors Health Cover. Eligible members under 16 years old may need to have a parent or guardian present.
